▖▚▮▘Puebla is positioning itself to become a strategic destination for conferences, conventions, and corporate and professional events in 2026, with a full schedule of fairs and conferences that are sure to be of interest to event planners, associations, and businesses.

In 2025, the state government announced investments of around 700 million pesos in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions Tourism) events.

The Congreso Nacional de la Industria de Reuniones (National Conference of the Meetings Industry, CNIR), which will be held from September 24th to 27th in 2025, is forecast to generate 40 million pesos in revenue for the city, as it is expected to attract 800 participants. As this indicates, in the coming year the predicted growth for this sector is exponential, and at least 30 more events are expected.

Cultura Bitcoin: Economía colaborativa

January 2nd

It will take place in Centro Expositor.

Guía México Gastronómico 2026

January 31st-February 2nd
Puebla will host this culinary expo that brings together 250 of the country’s best restaurants, including Michelin-starred chefs. It is expected to pull in 2,000 attendees and generate more than 20 million pesos.

Carnaval de Huejotzingo

February 14th-17th
The town of Huejotzingo’s traditional carnival festivities involve more than 12,000 costumed townspeople, historical reenactments, and parading battalions. It draws more than 30,000 visitors every year.

March 10th-13th
This is a biannual trade show featuring the textile industry and its professional equipment. The expo will take place in Puebla’s Centro de Convenciones.

Feria de Puebla

April 24th-May11th
One of Mexico’s largest state fairs, Puebla’s celebration includes shows, nationally renowned artists performing grandstand shows, and areas for cultural, culinary, and traditional handicraft exhibits and activities. Millions attend every year.

Feria Internacional del Mole

May 2nd-3rd
This iconic event celebrates Puebla’s traditional cuisine, especially mole. It features tastings, workshops, and conferences. The expo attracts participants from around the country and the world.

Smart City Expo Latam Congress

June 2nd-4th
A leading forum on urban innovation and smart cities, this conference is put on in Puebla’s Centro Expositor and the nearby venues.
